South East Teachers, a leading independent supply teaching agency, is seeking experienced and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to join our team in the vibrant city of Brighton. We have been inundated with supply cover needs and are looking for Supply Teachers who are passionate about the education of children on a day-to-day, long-term or contract basis.
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and creative lessons across various primary subjects, ensuring a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
Establish positive rapport with students, fostering a supportive and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
Adhere to school plans and policies while maintaining continuity in learning during teacher absences.
Tailor teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and notable incidents.
Mark the day’s work.
Collaborate with school staff, providing valuable feedback to support students' academic and social development.
Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and adaptability in different school settings.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Primary Education.
Excellent knowledge of the UK primary curriculum and assessment procedures.
Flexibility and availability for daily and short-term supply assignments.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Genuine passion for education, with a focus on making a positive impact on students' lives.
Own transportation or willingness to travel to different school locations within Brighton and the surrounding areas
